With David Boothby taking on the sales directorship of Donald Murray Paper, part of PaperCo, Mark Taylor has succeeded him in the post of sales manager of the Newcastle branch, covering the North East area.

Mark Taylor joined DMP in October 1989 working on the sales desk and was promoted to Sales Executive in 1990.

"He has made an excellent contribution to the development of the Newcastle branch in the last 19 years, helping to establish DMP Newcastle as the leading merchant in the North East of England," says David Boothby.

Mr Taylor comments: "It’s a tough market but with our focused sales team we will carry on the good work David Boothby has started."

When not working Mr Taylor’s main interest is football and he is assistant manager of Morpeth Town Football Club, which means weekend and twice weekly training and games.
