We constantly strive to improve our service to customers and invest heavily in stock, supporting systems and processes to ensure we fulfil our service promise. We now hold in-depth stocks in 3 warehouses strategically situated to be close to our customers.

We deliver orders within 24 hours by default, and increasingly on the same day – this is what we do day in, day out. It’s the way we have always operated and nothing distracts us from this.

Our business has grown dramatically over the years, in 1978 we held 600 tonnes of stock and 10 reams was a big order – today we hold 5,000 tonnes of stock - we still enjoy supplying 10 ream orders and now we think nothing of delivering 10 tonne orders the same day, but we have never forgotten what makes our business tick.

Our Preston sales office and each of our strategically located stock and distribution centres in Preston, Liverpool and Manchester is staffed by local people – local hands on management and local sales and distribution staff - who together are an enthusiastic and friendly team who take the time to understand their customers needs. With their extensive product knowledge and a logistics infrastructure second to none, they’re always ready to offer a prompt and efficient response…no matter what the challenge.

Substantial stocks are held at all three branches, whilst Manchester works around the clock, acting as a giant ‘mother’ warehouse supporting the entire network with a highly sophisticated overnight and daytime trunking service.

Because we maintain in-depth stocks throughout the region, orders are delivered within 24 hours at worst and increasingly on a same day basis.
