Dixon & Roe has been operating for over 200 years, originally delivering quality handmade papers by horse-drawn cart. The business has traded under the same overall business philosophy that was founded on day one - to provide customers, both small and large, with outstanding service from the widest choice of trusted paper and board qualities stocked locally. Some things we don’t change….but others we’ve changed for the better.
We constantly strive to improve our service to customers and invest heavily in stock, supporting systems and processes to ensure we fulfil our service promise. We now hold in-depth stocks in 2 warehouses strategically situated to be close to our customers.
We deliver orders within 24 hours by default, and increasingly on the same day – this is what we do day in, day out. It’s the way we have always operated and nothing distracts us from this.
Our business has grown dramatically over the years, in 1970 we held 245 tonnes of stock and 10 reams was a big order – today we hold 4500 tonnes of stock - we still enjoy supplying 10 ream orders and now we think nothing of delivering 10 tonne orders the same day, but we have never forgotten what makes our business tick.

Our strategically located sales, stock and distribution centre in London is staffed by local people – local hands on management and local sales and distribution staff - who together are an enthusiastic and friendly team who take the time to understand their customer’s needs.
